These sun kissed winter trees caught the artist's eye whilst out on a winter bike ride. There was snow on the ground and the sun had melted the snow from the trees and wall.
A squally snow shower passed though, and at that moment it was simultaneously snowy and sunny. Back in her Lake District studio, the artist sketched the image directly onto a large piece of lino, working in a free manner, scouring out the lines of winter weather from the surface of the lino. 
 
Each print is an original handcrafted linocut print in which the subtle variations in each print are treasured.
 
Your print will be sent rolled up in a card tube. Upon receipt, it should be immediately opened, unrolled and laid out on a flat surface. It should not be stored rolled up for any longer than it takes to travel in the post.
